HB Learning
HB Learning is an exciting learning and reference resource for all people working in housing and council tax benefit. It has been designed to help users understand and deal with all aspects of HB and CTB from calculating benefits through to dealing with claims and handling disputes.
Because the course content is updated regularly and reflects the very latest changes in legislation, HB Learning is invaluable for claims staff at all levels from new starters looking to gain an introduction to HB and CTB, through to experienced claims staff looking to stay abreast of the latest changes in HB and CTB legislation.
Capita and SkillWise
In conjunction with South Bucks District Council HB Learning has been developed by Capita APT and SkillWise UK.
Capita APT (Assessment, Policy & Training) provides training and consultancy services across the UK and are involved in a number of national projeccts including the delivery of S/NVQ programmes for Scotland, Wales and London. They received the IRRV's award for excellence in Training and Development in 2004.
SkillWise specialise in developing innovative bespoke e-learning courseware.
