Update April 2010
HBLearning has now been fully updated to include the April 2010 up-rating and also other legislative and procedural changes effective from April 2010, such as the new overpayment calculation for changes of address within the LA area. The quizzes and examples have been updated to reflect the current regulations and figures. In addition, the courseware has been comprehensively updated to take of the equalisation of the retirement age and the impact that this has on the calculation of HB and CTB.
